HISTORY

It all started in 1981 when Mr T.S. Gulhati, a pioneer in the field of Oleloresins and spice extracts recognized an opportunity in the flavour and fragrance industry.  His wife and co-founder, Mrs. R. Gulhati a qualified chemist, obtained her training as a perfumer and flavorist.  With a staff of two, Sonarome was born.  Both Mr. & Mrs. Gulhati continue to provide leadership to the team of young professionals running the company
